| The CASA MINETTI - |

The family home is situated in a large peaceful garden, full of flowers and vegetables,
and very near to the town's main square (500m).
Jacques and Ginette occupy the ground floor, and they will welcome you to the
independent light and spacious apartment situated on the first floor (about 80m²)
Access in through the Minetti's private garden to an exterior staircase leading
to the entrance hall. Then The apartment with high ceilings and cool Italian floor,
has a large sitting-dining room, with dining-table and chairs, sofa and armchair,
a well equipped, spacious, oak filled kitchen (table and chairs again), 3 bedrooms
with a double bed (in one there is a little bed for an infant up to six years
and up to 14 old and in the other, a wooden baby cot).
There is a bathroom with a shower over the bath and a separate WC.
Facilities :
Electricity and central heating is by gas; fridge ,autowashing machine, dishwasher,
microwave, hairdryer, colour-tv: all included in the price and no charge for cleaning
at the end of your stay.
There is easy parking in the street.
